Questions, answered.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Everything here is prescription only. A licensed doctor reads your health form and writes the prescription if it is right for you.
What is a 503A pharmacy?
It is a pharmacy licensed to mix medicine to order, one patient at a time, from your own prescription. The state pharmacy board oversees it. Medicine made this way is not FDA approved.
Are these FDA approved?
No. Medicine made to order is not FDA approved. A licensed pharmacy makes it from a real prescription written for you. We say so on every product page.
How much does it cost?
Each treatment shows its price on its page. Provider review included. You are charged only if a provider approves your prescription. If you are not approved, you pay nothing. No membership and no separate visit fee.
What states do you serve?
49 states. Texas is not available. See the map. National Health Rx ships to every state we serve, and a doctor licensed in your state reviews your request. We confirm yours when you sign up, before you pay.
Who compounds my medication?
National Health Rx, a 503A compounding pharmacy in Las Vegas, Nevada.
How is it shipped?
Overnight to 49 states, mixed and ready to use, with the supplies you need.
What if the doctor has a question?
You get an email with a link. Answer it there and your request goes straight back to the doctor. Check where any request stands at request status.
What if I have side effects?
Message your care team here. Your doctor goes over what to watch for before you start, and the paperwork with your order lists them.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund policy. Prescription medicine made to order usually cannot be returned once it ships.
